Gabriel's first tooth made it's way through! It's the bottom left front tooth, and I am just thrilled! (read partial sarcasm, as I am still breast feeding, and that means pain... partial elation, because that means that he is getting so big... which causes partial depression, as he is no longer my newborn...) Such mixed emotions, from something so tiny that it can barely be seen. And since Gabriel is my last baby for a long while, it makes me miss the little baby things.
I don't know how many people I mentioned this to, but after we move to Chile at the end of this year, we want to adopt two little Chilean kids- I don't say babies, because I am not sure how old our little ones will be, we hope to find siblings so that we can help a family not be broken up, so... After we adopt them and get things fairly established, then we want to have another one of our own, to kind of round out the mix, then we will be done.
I was thinking the other night about that, and it means that I will only get to be pregnant one more time... I say "get to be" because even though I whine and moan, I still love being pregnant and knowing that there is someone growing inside of me. And I think that I have fairly easy pregnancies, besides being nauseaus the whole time, and throwing up blood and all that junk--- but my labors usually last less then 5 hours when they get going, so it's been a blessing. Wow, I just digressed from the tooth! Oops!
